Ticket Purchase Agreement

By purchasing tickets through Thunder Bay Swing Dance Society's online ticketing system, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Inability to attend the event
• Change of plans or schedule conflicts
• Weather conditions or travel issues
• Personal emergencies

2. Non-Transferable Tickets

Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged. Each ticket is valid for the specific event, date, and time indicated at the time of purchase.

3. Event Cancellation

In the event that Thunder Bay Swing Dance Society cancels an event, ticket holders will be notified via the email address provided at purchase and will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation notice.

4. Convenience Fee

A 5% convenience fee is applied to all online ticket purchases to cover processing costs. This fee is non-refundable.

5. Ticket Delivery

Tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is correct. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive your ticket confirmation within 24 hours.

6. Entry Requirements

You must present your ticket (printed or digital) at the event entrance. Lost or deleted tickets may not be replaced. Please save your ticket confirmation email.

7. Code of Conduct

By attending our events, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner. Thunder Bay Swing Dance Society reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates our code of conduct without refund.

8. Liability

Thunder Bay Swing Dance Society is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
